Dan's Letter To The Editor
On Dec. 1st, 1999 our minister, Rev. Dan King, opened his newspaper to find a letter to the editor which he found highly offensive. This letter implicitly equated religions other than Christianity with savagery and barbarism. The letter was written by a local minister; a person one would hope would know better. What's worse, our local paper, The Augusta Chronicle, chose to print it.
